You will partner with the GM to coach Team Members, oversee delivery coordination, and manage advanced automotive parts knowledge across multiple sourcing channels. The role emphasizes developing relationships with commercial customers, meeting sales goals, supervising daily tasks, and maintaining stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure timely delivery.
• Support store operations and supervision of Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs.
