Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a full-time Commercial Parts Pro to grow our commercial business by retaining customers and driving sales. You will work with the GM to coach team members, dispatch drivers, and maintain stocking programs to meet delivery standards and profitability targets.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, the ability to source from multiple channels, and the skill to use POS and inventory systems, with ASE certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and catalogs.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of staff.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and access to second source suppliers.
