Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to grow the commercial segment by maintaining relationships with customers and directing drivers for timely delivery. You will collaborate with the General Manager on coaching, oversee daily team tasks, and ensure stocking programs meet demand while pursuing profitable growth.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with automotive parts and commercial customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise team members and coordinate daily tasks with the GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
