Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
• Ability to source from multiple suppliers and fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Ensure proper driver coverage with GM.
