Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and daily readiness, while conducting account visits and flyer drops to boost sales.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, customer deliveries, and maintaining inventory knowledge to upsell and cross-sell. Weekend coverage may be required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries following standard driver procedures.
• Lead organization around parts department/backroom, staging, and delivery areas.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Lead commercial program when CPP is not present; weekends as needed.
