Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, and partners with the GM to manage Team Members.

The candidate will leverage automotive system knowledge to source from various channels and direct drivers to ensure timely delivery. This is a full-time role in a dynamic automotive parts sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
