The role drives profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and directing drivers for timely delivery. Candidates bring strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source from multiple channels, and a track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and source from multiple suppliers.
