Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members, directs drivers for timely delivery, and relies on deep automotive parts knowledge to serve commercial customers with integrity. Core duties include maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising staff, and expanding the supplier

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive parts sales experience.
• Experience leading teams and daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
