The role involves outreach to customers, stock management, and upselling opportunities within a fast-paced store setting. Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic dispatching knowledge, and a valid driver''s license with an acceptable MVR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record (MVR certification).

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales.
• Assist dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Perform customer deliveries following driver procedures.
• Lead organization and maintenance in parts department/backroom, staging, delivery areas.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
