Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage the store vehicle fleet and perform safety checks while maintaining inventory knowledge to assist sales.

You will lead stocking visits, up-sell and cross-sell, and support CPPs and GMs on projects, with emphasis on customer relationships and efficient dispatching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and MVR certification.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and drive upsell.
• Coordinate dispatching of commercial deliveries from order to Dispatch.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and basic account touchpoints.
• Lead store parts department organization and backroom maintenance.
• Assist in product knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to support sales.
• Lead commercial program during CPP absence (weekends and busy periods).
• Engage walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
