National Coatings is seeking a seasoned commercial painter to service exterior and interior projects across commercial, industrial and specialty coatings. You will prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and ensure work meets high quality standards at client sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a commercial painter, exterior and interior work preferred.
• Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation including priming, sanding, sealing, and patching.
• Color matching and confirming products to match job files.
• Apply materials to new construction, existing, and remodeled buildings with precision.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints and scope specifications.
• Complete required reports accurately and timely.
• Process field change orders and submittals.
• Operate and maintain scaffolding, ladders, and spray systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles; keep work area clean.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of painting materials and methods.
