Responsibilities include masking, caulking, and working with scaffolding and ladders, while keeping the site clean and communicating surface conditions to the foreman for best results.

Qualifications

• Experience selecting and using the right tools for painting tasks.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply coatings to standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply varnish, polyurethane, primer, paint, caulk and coatings.
• Mask and prepare surfaces for coatings.
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools after use.
• Repair surface imperfections and ensure quality finish.
• Paint exterior and interior of commercial buildings and related structures.
• Protect work surfaces with drop cloths and masking materials.
• Keep work area clean and organized during tasks.
• Load/unload, prepare, and clean job-site materials and tools.
• Provide quality work and address issues to maintain finish quality.
• Set up and work on scaffolding and ladders safely.
• Communicate surface conditions to foreman to ensure quality.
