TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent in California to identify and acquire new business in the commercial insurance sector. You will build client relationships, provide tailored risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a P&C license, 2+ years in commercial insurance, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai. The role emphasizes proactive sales, cross-selling, and strong presentation skills.

Formación

• Active P&C license is required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and drive results.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and an Agency Management System.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Actively generates new sales leads and converts them to prospects and clients.
• Present proposals, close sales, and perform exposure analysis.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell within P&C and/or All-in-One Platform.
• Utilize carrier rating systems provided for agency use.
• Maintain documentation for existing and prospective clients.
• Identify carrier risk appetites, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and handle requests.
• Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
