TransGlobal Holding Co. in Fremont, CA seeks a P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent to identify and acquire new business in the commercial insurance sector.

You will build lasting client relationships, offer tailored risk management solutions, and drive revenue growth in a proactive, goal-driven environment. The role requires an active P&C license, 2+ years of commercial insurance experience, and bilingual ability (English plus Mandarin Chinese or Thai).

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Bilingual in English and one of Mandarin Chinese or Thai.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively generates new sales leads through referrals and gathers necessary information to convert leads into prospects and clients.
• Present proposals to prospects and clients, close sales, and complete exposure analysis.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell products within the P&C department and/or All-in-One Platform.
• Maintain documentation for existing and prospective clients.
• Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
