Responsibilities

• Manage routine and moderately complex agency-billed account activities, including premium collection and remittance requests.
• Process and reconcile carrier commission statements with agency records and Applied Epic activity.
• Review and route agency invoices and payment requests to Finance and Accounting, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain confidential agency billing records and support cross-functional teams to improve processes.
