Accurate Door is hiring an Overhead Doors and Docks Salesperson in the Chicagoland area. This field-based role focuses on generating revenue, securing new accounts, growing maintenance agreements, and expanding the commercial side of the business.

You will leverage industry credibility, relationship-building, and proactive, modern business development to drive growth and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Commercial garage door industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven sales success in service, projects, or account growth.
• Strong estimating, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable using technology and open to new business development methods.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven.
• Valid driver's license and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Generate commercial service and project revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and accounts.
• Turn estimates into booked jobs at a strong close rate.
• Grow planned maintenance agreements.
• Prospect for new business and help expand market presence.
• Coordinate with operations and technicians to support customer satisfaction.
• Track pipeline activity and performance against goals.
