Job summary

Reliable Door and Dock is seeking a service technician to install, service, and repair overhead doors and loading dock equipment at customer sites throughout Wisconsin. You will verify balance, clearances, alignment, and perform quality checks while delivering clear, professional customer interactions.

The role requires 1+ year of experience with commercial/industrial doors, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs.

Commercial Overhead Door & Dock Service SpecialistLocation: Appleton, WIA Day in the LifeYour morning starts at our Appleton branch with a safety check and a quick huddle. Your service vehicle is stocked with springs, cables, dock leveler parts, and the latest diagnostic tools. First stop: a distribution center where you install and fine-tune a sectional overhead door—verifying clearances, balance, and safety systems. Next, you recalibrate a dock leveler, replace worn hardware, and walk the customer through proper operation and maintenance.
