Job summary

Orkin, LLC is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative in the Greater Burbank area to drive pest management solutions for commercial clients. You will build relationships with businesses, present Orkin’s trusted programs, and grow revenue as part of a national leader.

No prior pest-control experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, devices, and a strong benefits package to support your success and career

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer's commercial property.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and address any questions.
