Job summary

Modern Pest Control, Inc. in Katy, TX is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, meeting business owners, property managers, and local executives to solve pest issues.

You will inspect sites, tailor proposals, and work with service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. You will build a robust prospect pipeline, attend local networking events, and represent the brand with integrity and reliability in the Katy community.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales or field-based account management.
• Ability to present solutions in person at client sites.
• Proficiency navigating and documenting activity in a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate new business relationships with local commercial property managers, facility directors, and business owners.
• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties to identify pest pressures and propose customized treatment plans.
• Draft and present detailed service proposals that clearly outline the value of our protection programs.
• Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure client expectations are met during setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and keep records updated for timely follow-ups.
• Participate in local business networking events to represent Modern Pest Control, Inc. in Katy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional certification in pest management or willingness to obtain one promptly.
• Prior experience in the pest control or property management industry is a plus.
