Job summary

Super Inspector is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to inspect, service, and grow commercial accounts. The role combines skilled pest management with consultative sales, identifying risks and designing effective treatment plans for business clients.

The technician will manage an assigned route, maintain records, and build lasting client relationships, while adhering to safety policies and company procedures. A valid license and three years of pest control experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pest control experience, including commercial service.
• Current Certified Applicator license applicable to the work performed.
• Experience inspecting properties, selecting treatment methods, and explaining recommendations to commercial clients.
• Ability to develop estimates, identify sales opportunities, and meet performance goals without compromising service quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial properties to identify pest activity and conditions that support infestations.
• Develop and perform treatment plans using integrated pest management principles and product labels.
• Service and monitor accounts on schedule and document findings and follow-up actions.
• Explain findings to clients, prepare estimates, and pursue new and expanded commercial business.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and decision makers to identify renewal opportunities.
