Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to boost sales efficiency and provide data-driven reports for order pacing and promotions. You will maintain our B2B catalog, pricing, and product information while collaborating with NSRD, planning, customer advocacy, and logistics teams.

You will drive coordinated onboarding, tracking programs, and regular updates on goals to ensure smooth execution and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for sales and operations.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish order cadence and coordinate with NSRD team for pacing.
• Build and update new-item catalog and pricing, quarterly or with portfolio changes.
• Manage client onboarding and relationships across commercial sales and logistics teams.
• Implement tracking programs to support NSRD goals and performance metrics.
• Disseminate weekly order cut reports to inform NSRD decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class execution and service levels.
