JP McHale Pest Management LLC is seeking a Director of Commercial Business in the New York Metropolitan Area to oversee the company’s Commercial Operations and drive branch performance. You will lead Platform Branch Managers and supervise Commercial Technical Operations, ensuring client satisfaction across branches.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and a background in pest control.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or closely related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic thought leadership to continuously improve company operations.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, motivate and develop the best Branch Managers and Supervisors in the Pest Management Industry.
• Spend 40% to 60% of time in the field directly coaching Branch Managers and Service Team members.
• Assist the VP of Operations in assessing appropriate acquisitions.
• Assist Branch Managers in organizing daily, weekly and monthly activities.
• Ensure Branch Managers and Service Centers adhere to all standard operating procedures.
• Ensure each Branch achieves all budgeted goals in growth and sales, profitability, and service.
• Enforce all company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Help Managers build efficient service routes, processes, and standards for our commercial market.
• Set an example for all others on the Service Teams in client satisfaction, work ethic, attitude and commitment.
• Strengthen client relationships through professionalism, communication, and results.
• Work closely with our sales and leadership teams to onboard and retain new business.
• Perform other duties as needed or as assigned by the VP of Ops.
