Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous humanoid robots, headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a Commercial Operations Intern for Winter 2027 to join our Commercial team as an extension of the team, owning tasks from day one and tracking KPIs across active use cases at customer sites.

You will be on the ground at deployments, observe operations, collect data, and escalate issues. You'll collaborate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action

Qualifications

• Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field; must be graduating within one year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort working with data in spreadsheets.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and work hands-on in industrial environments such as warehouses and logistics facilities.

Responsibilities

• Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team.
• Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership.
• Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure.
• Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift.
