Job summary

Figure is seeking a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027. You’ll own real tasks from day one, track KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites to observe operations and relay issues back to the team.

You’ll travel to customer sites, work hands-on in warehouses and logistics facilities, and collaborate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items to closure.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
• Graduating within one year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing role.
• Interest in robotics or AI; experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Own tasks from day one and track KPIs for commercial use cases.
• Maintain status, milestones, blockers and report updates.
• Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive actions.

• We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027
• In summary, you will be a true extension of the team: you’ll own real tasks from day one, track how our commercial use cases are progressing against their KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites
• Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team
• Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership
• Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team
• Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure
• Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team’s needs shift
