Job summary

Accupac, a leading beauty and personal care contract manufacturer, is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join the Finance and Commercial teams in Pennsylvania. You will deliver analytical insights, reporting, and tools to support pricing, forecasting, and business reviews.

In this role, you will build dashboards, analyze revenue, margins, and product mix, and help drive strategic decisions with executive-ready presentations. Manufacturing experience is a plus, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze commercial KPIs across Sales, Strategic Accounts, New Business Development, Marketing, Customer Experience, Innovation, and New Product Launch.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, pricing, product mix, customer performance, pricing trends, margins, inflation impacts, and cost drivers, and pipeline trends.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends impacting commercial performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through meaningful reporting and analysis.
• Develop standardized reporting tools that improve visibility across the Commercial organization including pricing models and profitability analyses.
• Develop presentations supporting strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, customer reviews, and investment decisions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and executive-level presentation quality.
• Support customer pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.

The Commercial Operations Analyst serves as the analytical partner to the Commercial organization, providing financial insights, reporting, commercial analytics, and operational support that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Working at the intersection of Finance and Commercial, this role supports Sales, Strategic Accounts, New Business Development, Strategic Marketing & Innovation and New Product Launch by delivering meaningful business analytics, developing executive reporting, supporting pricing and quoting activities, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations through analytics and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience developing executive presentations and dashboards.
• Experience supporting pricing and customer profitability analysis.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
