Job summary

Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, is looking for a Licensed Commercial New Construction Plumber to service Southern Indiana and Kentucky. You will install, repair, and maintain piping systems on new construction projects, collaborating with general contractors and trades.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. Pay is piece-rate with uncapped earnings and an average annual salary of $70,000–$95,000 plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven plumbing experience in residential new construction.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in new builds.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings; knowledge of plumbing codes for new construction.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures on new construction projects.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
• Read blueprints/layouts to ensure proper placement of pipelines.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient and timely task completion.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
