Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years plumbing experience or a current license.
• New construction plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Indiana Journeyman Plumber or Plumbing Contractor license preferred but not required.
• Experience with rough-ins, slab plumbing, piping installation, and construction systems.
• Ability to read layouts, installation requirements, and job specs.
• Knowledge of plumbing installation methods, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and with a plumbing crew.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Crew leadership experience is a plus for supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Construction Plumber on new construction projects in Danville, Indiana.
• Install plumbing systems, piping, fittings, and fixtures per project specs.
• Perform rough-in and slab plumbing on new construction as assigned.
• Follow plumbing layouts, specs, and applicable codes.
• Complete installations with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other plumbers and crews to stay on schedule.
• Identify issues and communicate with crew leaders to resolve them.
• Maintain organized work area and proper handling of tools and materials.
• Take on crew leadership responsibilities when qualified.
