Apex Multifamily Builders is seeking a Commercial and Multifamily Construction Project Manager in Austin, TX. You will coordinate from conception to completion, aligning clients, architects, engineers, and construction pros to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include defining scope and schedule, managing contracts, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and ensuring safety standards. Strong leadership and PM software skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and QA processes.
• PM certification (PMP) is a plus.

• Develop and define project goals and objectives, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee planning and implementation of construction projects with architects and engineers.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Manage construction procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Monitor progress with detailed milestone and deliverable reports.
• Manage budgets and track costs to stay within financial plan.
• Ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety regulations.
