Michael Page is seeking a project coordinator to join a well-established commercial/multifamily builder in Austin, TX. You will assist in planning and maintaining schedules, track expenses, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

The role requires experience in multifamily construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with project management software, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Experience with exposure to: Client interaction, contracts, budgeting, procurement and long-lead material management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in construction project coordination or management
• Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
• Address on-site challenges and elevate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
