Energy Panel Structures, Inc. (EPS) seeks a Commercial Project Coordinator to manage commercial and multifamily projects from order entry through production at our Perryville, Missouri facility.

The role requires close collaboration with District Sales Managers, designers, dealers, and general contractors to keep projects organized and on schedule. Qualifications

• Knowledge of general construction practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with EPS District Sales Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project details with truss and wall panel designers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and general contractors regarding project questions.
• Review and submit shop drawings for trusses and wall panels.
• Coordinate project information to ensure timely movement from order through production.
• Respond to job site and project-related questions as needed.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project timelines and customer expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
