Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) seeks a Development Services Coordinator to support complex energy projects from early development through execution. You will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to organize, document, and move projects forward, handling coordination, research, permitting support, client communications, and proposals with high quality.

Experience coordinating complex energy projects across multiple states and jurisdictions.
Strong document formatting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Proactive, adaptable with excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support utility-scale energy projects through project coordination, document management, and administrative support activities.
Assist Project Managers with agency research, permitting support, and compliance tracking across multiple states and jurisdictions.
Prepare and maintain project documents, technical memos, reports, site plans, and exhibits with high accuracy.
Conduct GIS/KMZ-based research to support project planning and development efforts.
Support proposals and project setup, coordinating schedules and meetings across teams.
