Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for supporting the management of our commercial real-estate portfolio. You will handle loan onboarding, compliance duties, and serve as a customer-service contact.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of relevant work experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of loan-administration and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-service contact for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure new loans are fully set up in the servicing system.
• Monitor portfolio payment status and take appropriate action.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong quantitative and computer skills

Understanding of commercial real estate processes

Team-oriented with strong work ethic

Ability to interpret complex loan documents

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
