Qualifications

• Experience in commercial metal stud framing and drywall installation.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans.
• Able to perform wall layout using plans and field markings.
• Strong safety awareness and dependable transportation to sites.

Responsibilities

• Report to job site on time with required tools and PPE.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Read drawings and lay out walls, soffits, and ceilings.
• Frame walls, soffits, bulkheads, and openings to spec.
• Cut around electrical boxes, piping, and penetrations.
• Install corner and ceiling beads and trim pieces.
• Identify and report installation conflicts or quality issues.
• Assist with scaffolding and work platforms as needed.
