Higgins Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Carpenter for our Oklahoma City commercial construction projects.

The role involves independently installing metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT systems on active job sites, with emphasis on plan interpretation and high-quality workmanship. You will read blueprints, measure and lay out work, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with foremen and project managers to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred.
• Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT.
• Ability to read plans and manage layout independently.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Install metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT systems per plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project documents.
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules and production goals.
• Lead, manage, and develop field crews on commercial job sites.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety policies.
