• Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Install metal stud framing, drywall and ACT per plans.
• Read blueprints, layouts, and project documents.
• Perform layout, measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Follow all jobsite safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with foremen, PMs and other trades.
• Identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Lead, mentor journeyman and apprentice crews.
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Track labor productivity and adjust crews as needed.
