Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A), a world-class provider of power generation services, turbine repairs, and industrial solutions, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Parts Division in Euclid, Ohio. You will lead quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations while managing key accounts across the power generation and industrial sectors.

The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Power Generation, Turbine Services, or Industrial Equipment.
• 5+ years in commercial, proposal management, or technical sales roles.
• Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities; Advanced English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for turbine and generator components.
• Develop pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitive pricing.
• Support business development and growth initiatives.
• Prepare backlog, opportunity, and revenue reports.
• Oversee suppliers and procurement activities.
• Participate in customer support and emergency response rotation.
