Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in an agreement desk, legal, contracting, or sales operations role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience developing agreement structures and communicating them effectively to influence stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations in cloud, software, consulting, or technology sectors.
  • Experience in project management or transactional problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
About The Job

The Deal Pursuit Organization (DPO) drives Google Cloud's growth by structuring agreements, enabling customer success, and ensuring efficient commercial execution.

As part of DPO, you will support the Sales team by managing quote-to-cash agreements, including pricing, quoting, and customer contracts across Google Cloud’s portfolio. You will collaborate with legal and sales teams to structure agreements and handle non-standard terms for strategic global deals. You will also assist with onboarding, enablement, and process improvements.

Google Cloud helps organizations digitally transform using cutting-edge technology, serving customers in over 200 countries.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will provide specific salary details during hiring.

  • Maintain documentation on quote-to-cash processes and policies.
  • Work across functions to understand agreement requirements, identify risks, and leverage opportunities for growth.
