Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial or facilities environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to drive between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs and curb appeal.
• Diagnose issues, determine repairs, and complete work using proper tools and techniques.
• Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies; rotate on-call schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure sites are left in good condition.
• Log service details, parts used, and time spent for each task.
