Woodforest is seeking a Commercial Loan Underwriter to independently analyze, underwrite, and recommend credit decisions for commercial lending relationships in accordance with bank policy and regulatory guidance.

You will evaluate borrower creditworthiness, assess repayment capacity, analyze collateral, and prepare comprehensive credit memorandums to support lending decisions while maintaining asset quality.

Competenze

• 2+ years of commercial credit analysis/underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting middle-market, commercial real estate, and/or C&I lending relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Mansioni

• Analyze commercial loan requests including C&I, owner-occupied real estate, investor real estate, construction, and specialty lending.
• Assess borrower/guarantor financial strength using financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, leverage and profitability metrics.
• Prepare credit approval memorandums and underwriting analyses.
