Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI is seeking a Commercial Loan Underwriter to provide financial and credit analysis on loan applications for laundry equipment financing across coin, multi-housing and on-premise laundromats.

The successful candidate will build relationships with distributor finance staff and sales, review documentation, analyze credit reports, and prepare loan closing packages in accordance with company guidelines, while maintaining timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–3 years' experience in a financial institution or corporate financial services.
• Proficient in MS Office products with strong Excel; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with distributor finance staff and sales reps to promote Alliance's finance program.
• Receive and review loan applications and documentation for thoroughness and accuracy.
• Analyze credit reports and set terms according to guidelines.
• Maintain timely response times for pre-qualification or credit decisions.
• Prepare loan documentation, closing and funding per guidelines.
• Provide reporting to Manager, US Underwriting; maintain confidentiality.
