Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a candidate to board commercial loan data to the AFS system from diverse loan types, located at Park Central Office in Dallas, TX or 5555 Cleveland Ave in Columbus, OH. The role requires reading and interpreting complex legal documentation and adherence to credit, compliance, and risk guidelines.

Responsibilities include loan setup, using Velocity and CLOS upfront systems, cross-training within the team, and supporting Loan Closers, ARAs, Loan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 or more years’ experience in a financial-service related position
• Commercial Loan documentation experience
• Experience in AFS preferred
• Experience in bank operations preferred
• Must be able to work overtime during peak periods (end of month)
• Ability to make independent decisions
• PC knowledge must include Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of financial transactions preferable
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Ability to solve problems
• Demonstrated dependability (attendance)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to service levels and quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Boarding of financial data to the AFS system for various loan types.
• Read and interpret complex legal documentation.
• Cross-training to perform other functions within the team.
• Support to Loan Closers, ARAs, Loan Administrators, and Relationship/Portfolio Managers.
• Ensure adherence to Bank Credit, Compliance and Risk guidelines.
