Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service, banking, finance, or related work experience.
• Accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, documentation, and funding to resolve rewrite conditions.
• Manage transfer and assumption requests and ownership changes.
• Handle full or partial contract unwinds including refunds and invoicing.
