First Business Bank in Indianapolis is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to be the trusted point of contact for business clients. This onsite role offers a potential remote day after onboarding, supporting loan administration and responsive service.

You will process new business loans, manage payoff timelines, reconcile audits, ensure compliance, and use CRM tools and Microsoft Office to prepare reports. A client-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Banking experience preferred.
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and internal team members.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to effectively utilize training and resource materials.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Experience using CRM tools and internal work queues.

OVERVIEW

This role is an onsite position 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with the flexibility of 1 day remote post onboarding.

3850 Priority Way South Drive, Indianapolis, IN.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to serve as a trusted point of contact for our business clients.

In this role, you’ll help clients navigate the day-to-day servicing of their loans while ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
