Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Loan Servicing Analysis and Support Processor to handle routine to moderately complex servicing tasks for commercial bilateral loans. You will verify documentation, validate data in the loan system, and assist bankers and partners by researching discrepancies and maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of operations/services related work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Process servicing activities for commercial bilateral loans in line with policies and SLAs.
• Review work for accuracy, timeliness, and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve routine discrepancies through document/system review.
• Validate loan data and assist bankers and relationship managers as needed.
• Document findings clearly for audit and quality purposes.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Operations, Risk and Compliance.
