Job summary

National Cooperative Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing/Administrative/Account Manager to oversee account management and servicing for designated commercial lending sectors. This role partners with the Relationship Manager, Lender, and other departments to ensure data integrity and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes handling delinquencies, loan bookings, covenant tracking, and data reconciliation across servicing systems such as McCracken CS Strategy, nCino, and Fiserv

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in loan administration servicing commercial and/or Multifamily loans.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve payment problems, delinquencies, and borrower issues with timely outreach.
• Process draw requests and prepare payoff calculations; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Book new loans and administer loan modifications; input data into servicing systems.
• Monitor covenant information and track borrower submissions; maintain timely follow-ups.
