Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation and LaserPro.
• Abrigo Sageworks, Meridian Link familiarity; SBA processing helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan documents for purchases, renewals, modifications, and term changes.
• Coordinate loan closings with lenders and title companies.
• Fund and book loans; disburse fees and perform wire transfers.
• File and archive loan documents; produce routine production reports.
• Respond to member inquiries and assist with loan packaging and QA.
