Job summary

Allegacy Federal Credit Union in North Carolina is seeking a Business Loan Processing Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for commercial loan processing and documentation. Qualifications

• Knowledge of business processing and commercial lending products.
• Familiarity with compliance, lien recordation, lending laws and third‑party reports.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–4 person team to ensure accurate, timely loan documentation.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Ensure exceptional member service and alignment with Brand Culture.
• Coordinate with Business Services and Loan Support to improve processes.
• Assist and mentor staff on loan packages and exceptions.
