Responsibilities

• Assist commercial loan officers with originating and preparing loan transactions for underwriting and closing.
• Provide excellent customer service responding to requests for information and resolving issues on new and existing accounts.
• Process loan requests using commercial loan software and manage supporting documents.
• Review due diligence documents to ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Coordinate loan closings with title company and ensure funds disbursed.
• Post monetary transactions to fund loans.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
