Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a finance operations professional to support commercial loan processes in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze data trends, create actionable reports, and work with the credit team to ensure accurate documentation and timely decisions.

You will learn and leverage the Baker Hill loan system, while showcasing advanced Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint skills to organize data, prepare stakeholder communications, and drive project readiness and risk analyses.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in banking or financial services.
• Commercial loan origination experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Baker Hill loan system experience is a huge plus.
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends and translate findings into actionable reports and recommendations.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage operational, project, and risk-related issues.
• Create clear, effective reports and business communications for stakeholders.
