Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to coordinate the end-to-end Private Banking loan account process and deliver premier service. You will work with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and borrowers to ensure accurate data capture and timely processing.

• 4+ years in financial industry experience.
• 2 years in bank operations and/or client service.
• Strong data capture and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with loan processes and lending requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Capture complete and accurate client data in loan applications and documentation.
• Support requests from Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance and other parties.
• Maintain high quality client experience across all transactions.
• Assist in improving processes across operations.
• Participate in assigned projects.
